Tense is considered an inherent grammatical category which means that the finite verb form always expresses distinctions of tense. The category of time is a verbal category that mirrors the category of objective time. The essential feature of the tense of the action event or state of affairs to which the sentence refers to the tense of the I utterance (the tense of the utterance is “now” or the present moment). The present moment is the most important time plan of verbal actions.
