Discourse can be considered as a process of oral communication in real life, in which the important role is played by the system characteristics of the language, degree of spontaneity, fullness, thematic coherence and clarity of speech. On the other hand, it’s impossible to forget that people’s communication is always depends on the position of the authors messages. It is important that they belong to a social group and speech situations. Political discourse is a collection of all speech acts, and also public law, traditions and experience, which are determined and expressed in the form of verbal formations. The specific features of political discourse are the following: the ability to continue, aggressiveness, ideological character, theatricality. Specificity of formation political leader’s image is reflected in such categories as expediency of speech, expressiveness, bright personal principles, readiness communicate with the audience and literacy. Lack of special markers fuzziness, oversaturation of phrases with literary words and phrases, various kinds of errors in speech are always directed against the speaker, this worsens the eloquence of words, as well as its image, weakens the effectiveness and the impact of the speaker’s speech.
